01
Scope and responsible organization
BlackRidge GlobalOne LLC (“BlackRidge,” “we,” “us” or “our”) is the legal operator of the AXIOM Aviation ecosystem. This policy explains how BlackRidge processes personal information through AXIOM Aviation, AXIOM Academy, ATC Mastery and Cleared2Communicate services, including Fearless Radio in 7 Days, ATC Panic Recovery and ATC Mastery Foundation where applicable.
AXIOM Aviation, AXIOM Academy, ATC Mastery and Cleared2Communicate are brands or services operated within that ecosystem; they are not presented here as separate legal entities.
02
Information we handle
Depending on how you use the services, AXIOM may handle:
- name, email address, display name and account preferences;
- authentication identity, linked sign-in provider and secure session information;
- orders, amounts paid, currency, promotions, transaction references and payment status;
- purchased products, pending access grants and product entitlements;
- Academy enrollment, progress, completion state, training interactions and assessment results;
- support messages and service communications;
- browser and device category, page activity, session identifiers, referral source and UTM campaign data;
- approximate country, region and city supplied by network infrastructure; and
- security, authentication and operational logs.
We seek to collect the information reasonably needed to deliver, secure and understand the services. We do not use AXIOM first-party analytics for fingerprinting or session replay.
03
Why we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, deliver purchased products, match purchases to the correct account, remember Academy progress, provide support, record commerce events, communicate about the service, detect misuse and improve reliability and usability.
Marketing consent is separate from product ownership. Buying a product does not, by itself, mean that a customer has agreed to receive all marketing communications.
04
Google Sign-In, Magic Links and sessions
You may choose to sign in with Google. AXIOM requests the standard openid, email and profile identity scopes. We receive the basic identity information that you authorize, such as your Google account identifier, email address and basic profile information, and use it to authenticate or link your AXIOM account.
AXIOM does not receive your Google password. These scopes do not give AXIOM access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar or other Google account content. Basic Google identity data is shared only with service providers needed to operate authentication and is not used for unrelated advertising.
You may also request an email Magic Link. Magic Links, secure sessions and account identifiers are processed through our authentication provider. Purchase-email matching may be used to deliver a product entitlement to the right account. We do not disclose authentication tokens or implementation secrets.
05
AXIOM Academy and product access
For enrolled users, AXIOM stores the products available to the account and the learning state needed to provide the program. This can include the current module or lesson, progress, completion, assessment or Mastery Check results and recent Academy activity.
We use this information to deliver purchased training, resume learning, provide account support, maintain entitlement records, protect the service and improve training delivery where appropriate.
06
Purchases and payment processing
Current commercial flows use Systeme.io for funnel or checkout functions and Stripe to process card payments. AXIOM records commerce information such as the product, actual amount paid, currency, promotion, order or payment reference, line items, status and resulting product access.
AXIOM does not store full payment-card numbers or card security codes. Stripe and other checkout infrastructure may process payment and network information under their own privacy terms.
07
Analytics, acquisition and network data
AXIOM first-party analytics uses pseudonymous session identifiers to understand page activity, referral source, UTM campaigns, device category and approximate country, region or city. It does not retain raw IP addresses, fingerprint users or record session replay. The first-party collector respects enabled Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.
Hosting, security, authentication, payment and advertising providers may nevertheless process IP addresses or other network identifiers as technically necessary to provide their services. That provider processing is distinct from AXIOM first-party analytics and is not a claim that no IP address is ever processed anywhere in the service chain.
Meta advertising or measurement technologies may be used on selected Cleared2Communicate commercial funnels.
08
Service providers and disclosures
Verified service categories currently include Cloudflare for hosting, database, storage and network services; Supabase for authentication; Google for optional Google Sign-In; Systeme.io for commercial funnels and checkout workflow; Stripe for payment processing; and Meta for advertising or measurement on selected commercial funnels.
These providers process information for their defined operational purposes under applicable agreements and their own terms. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or the service, or in connection with a legitimate corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
AXIOM does not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws may define certain advertising disclosures as a “sale,” “sharing” or targeted advertising even when no money is exchanged; the treatment of Meta-related data under each applicable jurisdiction should receive specialist legal review.
09
Retention and security
Account and entitlement records are generally retained while an account or product relationship remains active and afterward when needed for service, dispute, security or legal obligations. Commerce and accounting records may be retained for required financial or tax periods. Academy progress is retained to deliver and support the purchased learning experience. Support records are retained according to operational and legal need.
Current first-party analytics keeps live-session detail for approximately 24 hours, detailed web events for approximately 90 days, and may retain aggregated reporting for up to approximately 24 months. Security records may follow different retention based on risk and operational need.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No system can guarantee absolute security, and retention periods may change when law, disputes, security or service obligations require it.
10
Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also withdraw marketing consent or make other data-related requests.
To make a request, email contact@cleared2communicate.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Some records may be retained where required for accounting, security, dispute resolution or other legal obligations.
11
Children and age eligibility
The services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly permit ordinary account creation by a user under 13 without a legally valid parental-consent mechanism.
Users aged 13 through 17 may use the services with authorization from a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information without valid consent, contact us so we can review the account and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.
12
International processing
AXIOM serves users in more than one country. Information may be processed in countries other than the one where you live, including where our service providers operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws.
We do not claim that every transfer is covered by a single adequacy framework. BlackRidge uses contractual or other legal safeguards where they are required for the relevant processing and customer relationship.
13
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the services, providers or legal requirements change. The page will show its effective date. Material changes will be communicated in a manner appropriate to their effect, and will not be treated as silently rewriting rights that cannot lawfully be changed without additional notice or consent.
Privacy questions and requests may be sent to BlackRidge GlobalOne LLC at contact@cleared2communicate.com.
