Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions are an agreement between you and BlackRidge GlobalOne LLC (“BlackRidge,” “we,” “us” or “our”), the legal operator of the AXIOM Aviation ecosystem.

They apply to websites, accounts, digital products and services offered through AXIOM Aviation, AXIOM Academy, ATC Mastery and Cleared2Communicate, including Fearless Radio in 7 Days, ATC Panic Recovery and ATC Mastery Foundation where applicable. Those names identify brands, products or services within the ecosystem and are not presented here as separate legal entities.

By creating an account, purchasing a product or using a service, you agree to the terms presented for that service and to these general terms once they are effective. A checkout or offer page may include product-specific price, access, refund, guarantee or delivery terms. If a product-specific term directly conflicts with these general terms, the product-specific term presented at purchase controls for that transaction, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in an updated webpage silently removes rights that cannot lawfully be changed for an earlier purchase without additional notice or agreement.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in methods secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. Accounts and product access are personal and may not be sold, transferred or shared beyond the permissions stated for a product.

You may not interfere with the service, evade access controls, scrape protected content, introduce malicious code, misuse another person’s identity, reverse engineer protected software except where law expressly permits it, or use AXIOM materials to create or distribute an unauthorized competing copy.

We may take proportionate steps to secure an account or service when misuse, fraud or a security threat is reasonably suspected. Decisions remain subject to the applicable product terms and law.

Digital products may be delivered through AXIOM Academy, Systeme.io or another service identified at purchase. Access begins according to the offer and delivery information shown to the customer.

Unless a specific offer expressly says otherwise, these terms do not promise lifetime access, permanent hosting, a fixed support period or uninterrupted availability. We may maintain, update or evolve content and delivery technology while respecting the product-specific commitment, applicable law and the reasonable value of paid access.

Course text, original software and user interfaces, audio, training exercises, graphics, AXIOM and product branding, original radio scripts and educational materials are owned by or licensed to BlackRidge GlobalOne LLC, except where third-party, public-domain or separately licensed material is identified.

Subject to payment and these terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased material for its intended learning or operational purpose. You may not reproduce, publish, resell, sublicense or commercially exploit protected material without written permission.

Nothing in these terms claims ownership of third-party, public-domain or licensed material beyond the rights BlackRidge or its licensors actually hold.

The relevant offer or checkout states the price, currency, one-time or recurring nature of the payment, any discount or coupon, and product-specific conditions. Taxes may be added or handled as required by the transaction and applicable law.

Current card payments are processed by Stripe through Systeme.io checkout workflows. AXIOM does not store full payment-card credentials. A payment must be successfully authorized or confirmed before paid access is owed, except where a separate written arrangement applies.

The refund, cancellation or guarantee conditions disclosed on the applicable offer or checkout at the time of purchase govern that transaction, subject to mandatory applicable law.

If no special commercial refund or guarantee is displayed for a product, no additional commercial guarantee is created by these general terms. This does not limit any refund, cancellation or consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.

ATC Mastery and related training products are educational tools intended to develop knowledge, structure and communication confidence. They are not FAA or ICAO certification or approval, and they do not replace instruction or qualification required by law.

Users remain responsible for current regulations, aircraft procedures, charts, NOTAMs, weather, ATC clearances and instructions, operating limitations, required training and sound pilot judgment. AXIOM software and educational content support preparation and learning; they do not assume operational command or decision-making.

Results depend on factors including participation, practice, prior experience and the conditions in which skills are applied. AXIOM does not guarantee a particular exam, employment, licensing, proficiency or operational outcome unless a specific written offer expressly provides a measurable commitment.

This provision does not reduce any express guarantee or remedy that is validly included in the product-specific offer.

Services may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, provider interruption, security or events outside reasonable control. We may improve or replace features and delivery methods as products evolve.

We will not rely on this clause as an unrestricted right to remove the essential value of paid access without regard to the offer made, applicable law or an appropriate remedy.

Payments, authentication, communications, hosting and some commercial or analytics functions rely on third-party services. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply to their processing. AXIOM is not responsible for unrelated third-party websites merely because a link is provided, but this does not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BlackRidge is not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed. Any limitation will be applied reasonably in relation to the affected service, the loss and the amount paid for that service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence where exclusion is not legally permitted, or rights available under mandatory consumer law.

You are responsible for third-party claims and losses to the extent they are caused by your unlawful or deliberate misuse of the service, unauthorized commercial distribution of protected material, or material violation of these terms. This does not create an indemnity for ordinary, permitted customer use.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, together with applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

This choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections, remedies or rights that cannot legally be waived under the law applicable in your place of residence.

We may update these terms to reflect product, operational or legal changes. The effective date will be shown. Material changes will be communicated in a manner appropriate to their effect and will not silently rewrite a prior purchase where additional notice or agreement is legally required.
